All winery dogs earn their labels. This is the celebration of our current buddy, Dekker! Just as its unusual to make a rosé from a cab franc grape, Dekker continues to be an unconventional fellow.
Initial notes of balsamic strawberry and casaba melon, with a hint of clover honey fill the glass. This dry uncomplicated rose has flavors of apple peel, gooseberry and Brazil nut. This is a lovely wine for sitting on the deck with gruyere and crackers or paired with veggies like asparagus, carrots & Bok choy stir fried with sesame oil.
