Happy Valentine's Dinner

Join us for a "Sweet Valentine's" dinner on February 14th!

Our Winemaker Pam Adkins is partnering with Chef Mauricio Sanchez to create a Valentine's event.

Tickets are $200/couple and include dinner paired with one bottle of Adrice wine. Upgrade to an Adrice Library wine for an additional $40.

Shared Appetizer: Demonstration course of Moules Frites & sauteed prawns with confit cherry tomatoes, a touch of garlic, and couscous salad. (Vegetarian option available).

Main Course (select one per person):

  • Option 1: Oven roasted suckling pig served Sardinian style with applesauce, oven roasted rosemary & garlic fingerling potatoes, and roasted brussel sprouts.
  • Option 2: Pesce al Cartoccio. Halibut fillet cooked in a cartoccio (bag) with prawns, calamari, clams, garlic, cherry tomatoes, white wine and parsley. The dish is then finished in the oven and served with sauteed haricot verts and mint.
  • Option 3: Vegetarian Mixed Mushroom Risotto with black truffle sauce, black butter, and sage. add duck breast for $15 per person

Dessert: Chocolate Mousse with Blackberry, Strawberry, and Raspberry. The mousse is served with strawberry coulis & mint. Dessert is paired with a taste of our Vaqueras dessert wine.

Our December wreath making class with Farmhouse Box & Bloom was such a hit we're doing it again!

Join us on Thursday, March 20th from 5:30 to 7:30pm to design & build a Spring Basket, enjoy a glass of wine, and be social!
