DANG THE NOSE!!! When served a little warm - expect ripe strawberry for days from this pale-pink stunner. Then notice a titch of spice like clove or anise. No surprise...with a nose of strawberry, you're going to be inundated with sweet strawberry on the palate. The more you enjoy - the more you taste balsamic macerated strawberries. Suffice it to say…that if you’re a strawberry fan – or appreciate a “sweeter” Rosé…this wine will make your heart sing!
Rosés typically demand lighter foods: serve our 2022 Grenache Rosé with macerated strawberries in aged balsamic (you knew that was coming, didn't you?); or a light charcuterie plate of salty Manchego, Marcona Almonds, Prosciutto - or thinly sliced Iberico ham if you're lucky enough to find it. Or...consider preparing a caprese salad but add strawberry slides and drizzled balsamic vinegar to make the perfect match!
Winemaker Pam doesn't make very many sweet wines---so enjoy this beauty before it sells out!
