Already a silver medal winner even before we released the wine – our second NOTORIOUS vintage is sophisticated and aging just beautifully (as did RBG!). Give her some vigorous swirls – and you’re greeted with high-intensity aromas of incense, sweet spice box, and sweet chocolate crème. The longer it sits - the better it smells – and tastes! NOTORIOUS is voluptuous on the palate. Bright and well-balanced between acids and tannins, the dark fruits are laser-focused straight through your palate. Look for black plum, blackberry, and chocolate with a tich of sweet red pepper at the end.
