Enjoy Adrice Wines’ newest varietal – 100% Zinfandel! We’ll start by saying, “…this ain’t no California Zin!” It's BETTER! The fractured basalt soil at Les Collines vineyard creates an environment to make this grape shine! There is so much happening in your glass here! The nose greets you with ripe red fruits and the floral spiciness of Aleppo Pepper. Then in your mouth…the tip of your tongue “lights up”, first with that floral Aleppo Pepper, some balanced minerality, and then ripe fruit glides across your palate – first red into black. So darned different! So darned rare for a Washington wine!! So darned YUMMY!!!
She’s a big wine at 14.5 ABV, so many meats will pair beautifully with this stunner! Any kind of BBQ is a winner. Go exotic with Turkish or Moroccan food with those yummy spices. Or start lighter with a charcuterie board of aged cheeses, or even an Italian salad with Salami and Balsamic Vinegarette.
